Organizations that do not actively define and pursue a values-based culture often fall prey to the one thing that most destroys engagement, and ultimately organizational wellness–Hypocrisy.

We define organizational hypocrisy as a state where the professed values differ from demonstrated behaviors. Most of the time, such hypocrisy is not intentional or malicious. Rather, it is because we fail to define the standards by which the organization can assess and measure the application of its values. As a result, the employees of the organization hold their leaders and each other accountable to a diverse and sometimes conflicting set of behavioral standards.

CEEK helps organizations clarify these standards through an Intentional Culture Plan. And we offer the CEEK Hypocrisy Index™ to assess the current state of your organization. Via our survey, you will discover the degree to which you and your colleagues understand and live the organizational vision, mission, and values. More importantly, you will gauge the perceptions of your colleagues relative to the consistency by which the organizational values are demonstrated.
